Hydrogen Leak Test with S4H Leak Sense HHLI-H2-2017 can cannibalize existing Leak Test methods with minimal capital cost!
Application as Leak Locater: HHLI-H2-2017 is versatile and extremely well suited, on account of its selective and specific response, for leak detection with Inflammable safe hydrogen mixture as tracer gas. It is most useful in applications demanding high sensitivity, selectivity, simplicity, reliability, yet low cost.
· The test can be readily conducted at Pressures of 2 bar to establish leak integrity better than 10-6 SCCM. Depending on the selected range, the display indicates 0 to 200 or 0 to 2000 or 0 to 20000 ppm presence of hydrogen in air indicative of leak rate from 10 -3 to 10 -7 SCCM, in areas under the probe. It simultaneously pin points the leak.
· Forming gas, mixture of 5% H2 and balance Nitrogen, certified non-flammable to ISO 10156 &environment friendly to ISO 14001, is the most effective and economical tracer gas for leak testing.
· HHLI-H2-2017 detects hydrogen in air at atmospheric pressure with no need for vacuum pumping.
· When pinpointing leaks, the pitch of the audio signal rises as you are guided towards the leak and falls away in retreat.
· HHLI-H2-2017 functions for 36 hours on sustained power from the built-in, rechargeable battery. Necessity for recharging is indicated on the screen and it is recharged in 4 hrs.
