HYDROGEN VIGIL: CHS-HTR-PH-100-5V-CM

FOR STATIONED AND AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS

 

CHS-HTR-PH-100-5V-CM is an input device compatible for HY-102D (R3), H2CON-6, Digital Transmitter FFM-066 or user interface

  • The transducer houses a solid state electrochemical sensor which directly, specifically and intelligently measures hydrogen gas presence in surrounding gaseous fluid medium, along with, head on pre-amplifier, to output 0 to 5 Volts control signal for FS and is intrinsically safe to Exia-IIC.
  • The sensor is housed in Teflon and the transducer housing is metallic, chosen from among Aluminum, LM-6, HE-30 or SS-304/316, to suit the environment.
  • The measuring capability is direct and is not based on co-relation methods.
  • In-built heaters are not required and most importantly, it does not suffer any consequence due to high hydrogen exposure, a crucial feature in safety applications.
  • Ideal for ceiling mounting, on panel that may be readily available or designed.
  • Separate Calibration system is available and transducer design is compatible for in-situ attempts, in a user friendly way.

Ceiling mounted on available or designed panel, through fixing screws x 3 nos., at 37.5 PCD. Minimum distance between false ceiling and roof should be 150mm. Recess in false ceiling 32Ǿ.

Separate fixing brackets available optionally.
